Anthea Simcock - Chief Executive
Anthea has a background in both education and child protection social work, counselling and therapy. She supervised and developed curriculum for Child Matters.
She is a member of NZASW, The Institute of Directors and the Paediatric Society of NZ. She is involved with advocacy at local and national levels, and is currently a member of the Family Services National Advisory Council to the Ministry of Social Development and the Child and Youth Mortality Review Committee.
Amanda Meynell - Academic Services Manager
Amandas background in Child Protection includes 10 years experience working at Child Youth and Family as a Social worker and a Social Work Supervisor. Amanda has a Bachelor of Social Sciences (1st class hons) and a Diploma in Social Work.
Neil Richardson - Chairperson and Trustee
Neil has a diverse and successful track-record over thirty years of business life. This involves an unusual and comprehensive record of skills, experience and achievements in business management, marketing, enterprise, governance, investment, advisory/consulting and academic pursuits.
His expertise has been applied to start-ups, multi-national corporations, joint-ventures, government/public sector and not-for-profits across many industries, markets and countries.
Neil is currently Chairman/Shareholder of New Zealand Home Loans and SmartTrade and is on the Board of Opportunity Hamilton and Child Matters. He is also a Co-Founder/Major Investor in Endace and Imarda and has held numerous chairman ships across the business and science spectra. Neil is also an Adjuct Professor at Waikato Management School.
