The following student information is specific to the Child Protection Studies Workshops. Please also see General Student Information which applies to all of our training programmes.

Payment Policy

Full payment is due 14 days prior to workshop commencement.

Cancellation, Refund and Transfer Policy

Child Matters reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to below minimum registrations. Refunds will be given to participants of workshops cancelled by Child Matters.

Where the participant cancels their registration within 14 days of workshop commencement, a cancellation fee of $50.00 will be applicable.  No refund will be applicable after workshop commencement.
