Expertise that strengthens practice
Child protection decisions are rarely straightforward. Our consultants bring extensive experience across child protection practice and understand the realities professionals face when working with complex families, competing priorities, organisational pressures and uncertainty.
Our supervision model provides a framework that goes beyond simply talking about the work. It creates space to ask:
Have we considered everything?
What are we missing?
What is the safest decision for this child?
Is our response proportionate and defensible?
What is influencing our professional judgement?
