Our training philosophy

Rapunga whakaaro

We want you to get the most out of your child protection training with us.

That's why we offer a tiered approach to training, providing flexibility for learners and delivering different levels of training knowledge to suit different roles.

Creating a strong child protection culture starts with ensuring all staff have foundational knowledge. Those with additional responsibilities, such as the Designated Person for Child Protection or Child Protection Lead, will require more specialised training to confidently respond to concerns, support colleagues, and lead good practice within their organisation.
